ABOUT ME

As a dedicated fitness professional for over two decades, I've amassed a wealth of experience in personal training, coaching, and nutrition.

 

My journey began as a personal trainer, evolved into a CrossFit coach, and expanded into group fitness instruction. I hold a strong background in sports nutrition and have successfully completed multiple Ironman events.

 

Currently, I'm training for the Arizona Monster 300 Miler and Cocodona 250 Miler, pushing my limits to inspire others to reach their full potential.  I am an ACE Personal Trainer & USA Triathlon coach
